Prior to joining NAMIC in 1995, Mr. Wollam was associated with Marsh & McLennan and the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies where he specialized in Directors & Officers liability, fiduciary liability, employment practices liability, kidnap/ransom and employee dishonesty insurance products. While at Marsh & McLennan, he served as a risk management consultant conducting D&O liability training seminars for all levels of the United States Olympic Committee and many of its National Governing Bodies. Jerry is a graduate of Indiana University and a director of the Insurance Institute of Indiana.

Mr. Merder has been with NAMICO since 1988. He has worked in the insurance industry for thirty-five years in various accounting management capacities with both life, and property and casualty companies. Mike is a graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Indiana CPA society.

Ms. Keeney’s responsibilities include the operation of NAMICO’s underwriting department, underwriting new and renewal risks, training and supervision of underwriting department personnel and developing, designing and implementing new underwriting programs. She also coordinates administrative activities between NAMIC Insurance Agency, Inc. (NIA) and NAMICO personnel and provides supervision and leadership to NIA Customer Services Reps. Prior to starting with NAMICO in 1996, Keeney worked at VASA North Atlantic Insurance Company for sixteen years. She was an Underwriting Team Leader for Lawyers Professional Liability. Her last two years at VASA she worked as an excess claims auditor. She has her CPIW, RPLU and CIC designations. She is a member of the National Association of Insurance Women.

Mr. Sullivan graduated from Indiana University School of Liberal Arts with a BA in Political Science. He received the designation of Registered Professional Liability Underwriter from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society in 1998. Tim has spoken at the NAMIC National Convention, as well as numerous State and district mutual insurance association meetings on the topics of Conflicts of Interest for Mutual Directors and Officers, Responsibilities of Directors and Officers, Insurance Bad Faith, and insurance agent and insurance company professional liability issues.
